Your struggles with food and body - unwanted eating behaviors, unwanted weight, unwanted physical symptoms - they are not the problem themselves. They are messengers sent from your body calling you to learn something, improve something, discover something within yourself before they can be released.
THE COURSE BREAKDOWN
Get clear on your goals and desired outcomes, get to know and shift your relationship with your inner critic, understand why self compassion is essential for positive change, meet your inner mentor who will be your greatest partner throughout your journey.
Understand exactly why traditional diets don’t work, learn to let go of the food rules that don't serve you and embrace a no-diet diet, explore the physiology of the mind body connection, deep dive into the why and how of mindful eating.
Become more comfortable with hunger, explore the difference between physical vs. mental & emotional hunger, learn tools to reconnect with your body and eat more intuitively, introduce a mindfulness based (not calorie and macro focused) food journal to understand and shift your eating patterns.
Gain new strategies to put an end to overeating, understand why you turn to food for emotional comfort (hint: it’s not about willpower), become more comfortable with challenging emotions and take the power away from food, learn about the benefits of emotional vulnerability, uncover and transform your thought patterns to shift your emotional state.
Get clear on the basics of nutrition in a simplified, non-dieting way, learn to nourish yourself in the most ideal way for your individual body, learn which nutrients you may be deficient in, understand the importance of gut health as a foundation for overall well being and how to begin the digestive healing process, gain a new toolkit for quick and easy ways to incorporating more nourishment into your busy life.
Cultivate more love and acceptance for your body, use movement as a way to connect with your body rather than to punish yourself, learn new skills for stress management and true self care, write your new food and body story to guide you through the rest of your life.
Food Body Love is a 6 week coaching program, designed to help you heal your relationship with food and come home to your body.
Each week, you will receive video lessons, audio visualizations, journaling exercises, homework assignments, and additional resources - all of which you will have access to forever!
We will come together each week for group coaching sessions. The groups are capped at 12 participants, creating an intimate and safe space for significant growth and change to happen.
You will have access to a private online community, to connect with myself and the other group members throughout the journey.
You will close out the journey with a one-on-one coaching call with me.

Is this a weight loss program?
The goal of this program is to help you feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally with one potential result being weight loss. Many people lose weight on this journey, but this is not a diet program with guaranteed weight loss results.
