THE COURSE BREAKDOWN
Food Body Love is a 6 week coaching program, designed to help you heal your relationship with food and come home to your body.
Each week, you will receive video lessons, audio visualizations, journaling exercises, homework assignments, and additional resources - all of which you will have access to forever!
We will come together each week for group coaching sessions. The groups are capped at 12 participants, creating an intimate and safe space for significant growth and change to happen.
You will have access to a private online community, to connect with myself and the other group members throughout the journey.
The first module of video and audio lessons will be released on January 18th, and the first group coaching session will be the following Wednesday January 27th.
There will be 6 group coaching sessions in total, all on Wednesdays at 5pm PST, 8pm EST: 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3.
The first session will be 90 minutes, and the rest will be 60 minutes.
You will close out the journey with a one-on-one coaching call with me.
