Find Freedom With Food
& Peace With Your Body
Once and for All.

I believe our struggles with food & body are here to help us heal far beyond just the physical, guiding us down the path to radical self love.

So my mission is not to fix women. It’s to help them unlearn everything that has made them believe they are flawed or broken in the first place.

"Working with Sara has been a life changing experience."

"Our work is not to change what you do, but to witness what you do with enough awareness, enough curiosity, enough tenderness that the lies and old decisions upon which the compulsion is based become apparent and fall away." -Geneen Roth

You and I will be a great fit if...
  • You feel inundated with nutrition do’s and don’t, diets and supplements guaranteed to trim belly fat fast, and metabolism boosting tips and tricks that leave you right back where you started.

  • You struggle to let go of food cravings and unwanted eating habits but feel like you don’t have enough willpower or discipline.

  • You want to lose weight in a way that will last for the long term, by understanding and deepening your relationship with food – focusing not just on what to eat, but why, how, and when.

  • You want to feel in control of your body and eating habits but instead feel like food and/or negative thoughts about your body are controlling you.

  • You want to find love, acceptance, peace with your body but don’t know how or if it’s even possible.

What Is Eating Psychology?

Our relationship with food is a direct reflection of our relationship with ourselves and the world around us. Eating is not simply about caloric input and fuel for our bodies. The act of eating is intimately intertwined with our emotions, mindset, stress, spirituality, and past experiences. In order to truly improve our diets and resolve health concerns, we must go beyond the food itself. Weight gain, digestive problems, binge eating, fatigue, anxiety...it's all there to teach us something deeper about ourselves. Knowing what you should eat is not enough. Understanding why you eat is the first step toward healing your relationship with food and with your body.

Your body doesn't need to be fixed.

It needs to be understood.

How Is My Approach Different?

We are inundated every day with nutrition do's and don't, diets and supplements guaranteed to trim belly fat fast, and metabolism boosting tips and tricks that leave us right back where we started. Even standard dietitians and nutritionists will hand out detailed menu plans and recipes, and say "go!" expecting that we will magically be able to set aside our lifetime of food cravings and patterns. We are taught that we have no willpower if we struggle with maintaining healthy eating habits. We struggle to be in control of our bodies and diets but instead feel like the food is controlling us. We are led to believe that our health problems are symptoms to be fixed or enemies to fight, rather than deeper messages that could help us grow .

I don't believe in a one size fits all approach. I don't offer a quick fix to changing your body or your relationship with food, because you don't need to be fixed. Your struggles with your body and with food do not stem from a lack of willpower or control. They are here to lead you to deeper truths about yourself that we will explore together. Instead of focusing on the shoulds and shouldn'ts , I will help you discover what your own body has been trying to tell you all along.
